Extended DISC® measures individuals’ natural, hard-wired behavioral style. These styles remain quite stable over our adult lifetime. There is no best style. The focus is to help individuals to modify their behaviors to become more successful. The results provide very practical and specific information to guide behavioral modification, but it should never be the sole reason for making decisions about a person.
